Clarification regarding the Chakku Bandhi issue in area

Example: In the survey number 12, we could see there are 4 owners are in position and it divided into 2 acres each and owners are not aware where their property comes (ChakkuBandhi). When the property sanctioned from govt, they didn't do any proper survey and give us the exact location in the survey number. However, please advice who should we contact and what is the procedure to get it done legally?

to get clarification or exact schedule ( chakk-bandi) you will have to meet Tahasildar of your Taluka. You file an application to measure the land, Surveyor will come along with village map. then only you can exact detials of lands.

On survey nbr should apply sketch and Chakkulathukavu bandi in RTI.,but here very important survey nubr without survey nbr con't find..there should apply on RTI there will give information within 5 days ..in working days
