Clarification on MCI recognition of medical college.

Our college, IMSR Satara comes under MUHS, our exams through 1st to final year were conducted smoothly. MCI officers came to inspect the college during our practical viva and we were video taped. However, the MCI recognition letter hasn't come through, or even an approval which would help us get our provisional registration from Maharashtra Medical Coucil. I don't know what branch of law my grievance comes under. Please guide. Our batch is the first batch of our college, as in, foundation batch. There are 80 of us who just passed out final year. Our internship hasn't begun yet. We have 120 juniors. Both the batches are registered with MUHS and exams were conducted properly by the authority.
