Clarification on delay on obedience of court's order.

I caught by police on 26 may 2016 because i had not license and helmet. They took my rc and give me e-challan of 700₹. But for some reason i could not go court. It had been 7 month. So what will the procedure if go court. The challan will exceed or any punishment?

You must make payment at earliest or you may have to appear before court. As the police authority may issue a notice against the same or can file the charge sheet against such offender.
As per your information it had been 7 months, therefore don't make any further delay. Moreover, the amount of challan will be same but if not paid than you may face criminal consequences.

You can go to the court and with some additional charges the RC can be released ; as you haven't paid the fine so some more penalty can be imposed as such in your case but no other punishment as such .

Your are going court meet advocate given your challenge he will complete form to fill than present in court.police person search your chalan all copies your vehicle document attached to they search your chalan present in court than court order for fine to deposit to court than you can Free.

U have submit a file of supurdgi under section 451/457CRPC and claim on ur kept RC. Then court order to police to give ur r c.otherthen u should give 700 rupees to police...court will be better choice for u

No , first of all its a case u/s 3/181 MV act offence for not having driving license,Punishment up to 3 months imprisonment and fine up to 500 only.
You should ask them for getting back Ur RC.if they refuse approach To SP of police with a copy of such challan and file a complaint, if he doesn't help u can approach to the court. U must have that challan copy of fine u paid to the traffic police.
