Claim my fathers job due to fathers death

being a Son of Govt Employee due to my dad passed away in service would like to claim fathers job. please advise how to file a case in High court .

hi first of all you need to give an representation or letter to concerned authorities to consider your representation for compassionate appointment then if the authorities are not taking action then you need to file writ petition in high court

on compassionate grounds there is a provision to get a job. go to your fathers Office and meet the superior officer and show the details of your father's employment and legal heirs details where he has worked. ask the procedure to get the job on compassionate grounds. later you follow the procedure
