Claim in wife's property after death

31-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir, my father-in-law died leaving some properties. After 6 months my wife also died. My 2 children unknowingly released third rights to my wife's younger brothers. Now shall I claim my part in the said properties.

If your spouce left out any properties during the time of death, you can claim rights over such property. But you will not have any rights over your father in law properties. Your children can only claim right in such property.
