Civil suit file against bank but advocate not working properly

I have filed a civil suit against the bank in 2016 for dismissal. They had put me in suspension for 6 months, done enquiry and other procedure but all this was intentionally done to dismiss me in a proper manner. Then filed a civil suit against the bank in 2016. But still anyone date On 10th May 2017 the case has not come on board for any type of hearing. My advocate has taken his handsome fees and not giving any proper answer. In this case i request all expert to kindly intervene and give me proper advice.
If u think advocate is not proper u can change the advocate and everything depends on the case. But I don't think so that the date will be so long as one date may be the in between as u can check if board or change lawyer that only u can do it.
