1987 में मेरे पिता ने अपने पैसों से मेरे लिये एक प्लाट खरीदा था।जो पहले दिन से ही मेरे नाम से है।सन 2006 में मैने उसकी रजिस्ट्री करा ली थी। अब पिता की मृत्यु के बाद भाई कोर्ट में केस करके अपना हिस्सा मांग रहा है। कह रहा है कि खरीदने में पैसे पिता के लगे हैं इसलिए उसका भी हिस्सा है। क्या ये उचित है

ये उचित नहीं हैं आपकी पिता की मृत्यु से इसका कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं है और अगर रजिस्ट्री आपके नाम हैं तो आपके भाई कोई दावा नहीं कर सकते चाहे आपके पिता जी ने ही पैसा क्यों ना लगाया हो आप निश्चित रहिये आप परेशान मत होइए अधिक सलाह के लिए हमसे संपर्क करें

पिता के धन के द्वारा या ज़ब आप सभी भाई एक परिवार मैं संयुक्त तौर पर रहते थे तो आप के भाई उस प्रॉपर्टी मैं अपने हिस्से के लिये मुकदमा कोर्ट मैं डाल सकते है। उस के लिये आप को सिद्ध करना होगा कि प्रॉपर्टी अर्जित करने मैं आप ही का पैसा लगा था।
