What is the Court fees payable to file a defamation Suit for Rs 20 lacs against a bank for wrongful Paper Publication as a Defaulter.

it will be roughly 6% of the amount of competition that you seek from the defendant . devil also be a bit of court expenses and of course the legal fees payable to the advocate . plus two say your quote free will be added to the amount of compensation and will be added in the degree if you want to win the case .. in order to win a case of defamation you should be able to bring at least two witnesses to testify in your favour .
