CI threatening neighbours and misusing powers
02-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
We are now residing in a Flat of 3 Blocks of appartment. In our block, one CI of police was staying with his illegal family and his jurisdiction was not in this town. Actually we are not bothered about his family or her but one day while association meeting of our block was going on his son, ayurvedic doctor came in a drunken state and used unparliamentar language and he broken down all chairs he had beaten two people. All Association members complained about him. Because he was a CI Son, near by jurisdiction SI in a reverse way threatened us. After 3 months CI one day came near two Flat owners and threatened to kill them without even disturbing him in a drunken state. We again went to DSP and all other officials but they just warned him thats it. From that time he is not paying Maintainance to Association. He is not paying even current bill because of that his connection has been cut down by department. He was blaming again us for that and showing shoes to beat and threatening to kill
file a nuisance case before the concerned magistrate with some proof about his illegal atrocity and make camera footage and photos while disturbance and you can also approach national human rights commission and other tribunals for remedies
Hi
If DSP is not taking action, you can always approach District court or High court and ask the court to initiate an investigation by an Superintendent of Police(an IPS officer) in to the conduct of Circle Inspector in the residential apartments.
Generally courts will suspend him during investigation if there is a prima facie case is made out against the inspector in the complaint.
