Cheated by a trading company and misguided to sign agreement

Hi Sir I was cheated by a trading company. The agent verbally misguided me and took signature on company agreement. And now he is not accepting that he misguided me. I want to take proper legal action against them. Sir please help me inform me what can I do now?
In principle you may be correct that he has misguided you and lured you to sign an agreement. But, you have clearly stated whether you have undergone any loss on account of that. If so, it amounts to cheating. But proving that fact is very difficult (but not impossible) to prove you have been cheated as you have signed the agreement and hence you are bound by the terms contained in it.
