Central Govt hired contractor later terminated service now send notice


15-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
Contractor has signed agreement to do central government work subsequently department has terminated his work with intimation to him since it is not as per work order specification. Contractor has sent layer notice. Please advise weather this layer notice to be replied.

Yes it is to be replied with specific allegations on which the contract terminated and need to be lay proper defense against legal proceedings to be lodged hence be pleased constrained to facts wanted for removal along with evidence

contractor who has signed the agreement can certainly challange the termination order of contract with notice and contractor can file a writ petitioner before the Hon'ble High Court for retaining the contract
