CCTV cameras installed by neighbor which is infringing his privacy

I am a resident of NOIDA (U.P) and my house is in the ground floor of my building. The building is of 4 floors .My neighbour who lives on first floor have installed CCTV cameras in his house , however it had come to my notice that 3 of those cameras which he has installed are pointed towards the following areas of my house ;- 1. The front/entrance door of my house 2. Verandah in the southern side of my house 3. Verandah in the northern side of my house. I have informed him about my discomfort with this but he was rude and paid no heed I also wrote him a letter(not a legal notice) requesting him to remove those cameras else i will take legal action. kindly guide me as it pains me that someone can do surveillance of the movements of me and my family.
