i m from navi mumbai occupation civil engineering..case pending ipc 304A.i require pcc for my job purpose can i eglible to apply application

It all depends on the terms and conditions on which a bail was granted to you. If the court has restricted you from travelling abroad then you cannot go. It also depends on the laws of the country that you're planning to go to. They can reject your visa. Only Incase you don't have a passport, then you need a pcc for it. Also Ministry of external affairs has the right to intervene and restrict you from going by forfeiting your passport only on reasonable grounds.

The PCC is an important document and the police cannot refuse to give you the one. if they are not giving, it is advisable that you approach the High Court seeking direction for the police to issue the PCC. Further, meanwhile, it is advisable that you file a quashing petition as well in the high court under section 482 Cr.P.C. if the case can be proved to be a false case.

Surely you can apply for job but at the same time you will have to give declaration about the pending case and undertake to face consequences arising thereof, at the same time you will have to prove your case not guilty by adducing necessary evidence.
