Case is not on list although many hearings have taken place in Alld HC
02-Apr-2023 (In Civil Law)
Case no 301/2014 ( KDA v/s Rekha Rani and others) is going on since 10 years in Allahabad HC. Case showing " Case is not on list" , status: Under order 41, Rule 11; showing DISPOSED since last 3 dates although no judgement/order is issued. How can I get ORDER issued or next hearing date?
