Case is not on list although many hearings have taken place in Alld HC

02-Apr-2023 (In Civil Law)

Case no 301/2014 ( KDA v/s Rekha Rani and others) is going on since 10 years in Allahabad HC. Case showing " Case is not on list" , status: Under order 41, Rule 11; showing DISPOSED since last 3 dates although no judgement/order is issued. How can I get ORDER issued or next hearing date?

Dear Client, Please do ask your counsel for the information as such. If your case has been disposed off then the same may be applied through the Counsel and if at all the petition survives then it will be listed through counsel by filing a listing application. Regards
