Case in Cut off list since 1 year, what to do

My case no civil revision application in high court of gujarat no...1408/2001 is in final hearing......and last one year it is in cut off list (next date not given ) what can i do as party....my advocate not doing anything..????????

you need to hire a new lawyer if you are not satisfied with the existing lawyer or if the existing lawyer is not working .
You need a lawyer to represent you in the court , you will have to hire a lawyer for pleading in court he will file an application on your behalf .
