Case against friendly loan as business partner

muje ek friend ne mere sath partnership karne k liye 2017 jan/feb mein rs 80000 INR diya through his credit card/paytm (5000 -5000 ,2000 karke). usne muje profit share partner banne kl iye diya tha but suddenly business loss mein chala gaya. ab usne complain kiya hai 1.23 lakh friendly loan diya tha bolke. firm band karke paisa khagaya bolke police station mein . What should i do now . I dnt have money to pay him
U can file a complain against him that u never took the money and all what proof and all u have u need to show all the document and all where there was partner in the company and all in the firm and all u can file a complain against him and tell the court and all
