Case against breach of service agreement?

My previous company had forced to sign an agreement which states 1 year training & 3 yrs work after that. As there was no training, I left after 1+2 yrs. They filed a civil case against me in Anand court. The court has passed order in their favour & directed me to pay training cost which is 1 yr salary with 11.25% interest for 14 yrs & case expenses. It was a non registered agreement, signed by me only (one party) on 100 RS stamp locally purchased by them through their local vendor. Pls suggest my further course of action.
In this case you can send them a legal notice stating your demands and concerns.if they donot comply with the terms of the notice . You can file suit for the recovery of the money. You can also file a suit under the contract act for the violation of terms of agreement.
