Car parking not permitted as builder not giving allotment letter

Society is not permitted to park my car in society compound because I am not having allotment letters which is allotted by builder
As per your query you have mentioned that you are not been allowed to park your car since you do not have allotment letter. Therefore as per the Rules of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 unless you don't have allotment letter which needs to be submitted to the Office of your Society they are not opt to do the same.

Good afternoon! Firstly i want to know if you are a member of the society as the society cannot stop you from parking inside the building premises if you are a member. Secondly, if everyone has an allotment letter then even you should pursue the builder to give you.
