Can trustee file a case if land sold by POA

'A' landed property in the name of president of charittable turst.A person who is power of attornery of president sold such property to me.But such property is & was not include in shedule A trust. Then one trustee filed civil suit in cjjd for declaration of such sale deed is illegal &voids.sale was excuated on 2003 & suit filed in 2010. Give me advise I am purchaser.

Hire a lawyer so the matter may be professionally handled. This is serious since apart from the very matter, a few other serious charges may also be applicable which might put you into perils. Please check a mail I drop onto you.

What kind of power of attorney it is? For general power of attorney it is not valid deed. For special power of attorney it is valid since special power is given to sell that property. Revert back for help.
