Can the same person be the President of two different NGOs

Hello sir/mam i want to know that if a same person can be the President or chairperson of a social service based society and a social service based Trust at the same time.
Yes in private sector one person can be the president of two different Ń. G. O. But in government sector one person can not handle two posts.
