Can one party in a multi party case leave the case at any time

Respected sir/madam If I have filed one case on recruitment committee of Municipal corporation in Bombay high court and another person with same cause is connected with my case. Could I make him out of my case anytime?? And if he wish to close his that connected case then how could hi do that??
With court permission you can leave but you will have to satisfy the court with reason why you want to leave the case and why you had filed the case reason must be genuine not evasive. Try it if court permit
