Can OBC certificate be applied for if parents are earning as class 1

Sir,both of my parents are teacher in odisha state govt. Service.my fathers approximately income in one month is 40000 and mothers 30000.they are not joining service as a class 1 or class 2 officer on direct recruitment. can i eligible for obc ncl
Firstly you have to be in OBC category. OBC certificate is to be obtained from native of the applicant. And more over the total family income of the applicant shall not exceed Rs. 250000/- per annum. So you are not eligible to get the obc certificate in your favor.
