I need to know if your husband gave anyone's name in family pension beneficiary. In the case no one's name given, you being his dependent can claim for it with some relationship proof which can be Government issued id. You must be having documents that provides his name as a husband such as Ration card, Voter Id, bank accounts and others.
Kindly provide additional information on when you got married and when your husband passed away, to tender better advice.
