CAN I GET MY FATHER JOB AFTER HIS DEATH ON DUTY

MY FATHER WAS A GOVT EMPLOY AT I.C.D.S. AND PASSED AWAY ON 2016 0N HIS DUTY. MY QUIRY IS THAT CAN I GET MY FATHER JOB BECAUSE MY ELDER SISTER IS AN GOVT EMPLOY AT MODEL SCHOOL,AND SHE IS UN MARRIED. THE ALL OF OUR FAMILY MEMBER WANT THAT THE JOB SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ME AND THEY HAVE NOT ANY OBJECTION. BUT THE STAFF OF MY FATHER DEPARTMENT ARE SAYING THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE MY ELDER SISTER IS UNMARRIED AND PERMANENT GOVT EMPLOY AND I AM HE THIRD PARTY DECLARED BY THE LEGAL HEIR BY THE TAHASILDAR.

Yes you are eligible for getting the job under rehabilitation scheme but you need no objection of all the family members including your sister and your sister must give a declaration that she is staying separate

Immediately file a WP in high court attaching that affidavit of all legal heirs they donot have claim.As regards elder unmarried sister she stays separately for job.Delay may complicate your claim.On compassionate ground you can
