Can i apply for bigamy case against my sister

Hello sir my sister has married alread married man now they are having baby. His first wife is alive and one child Now my dought is shall i(second married girls brother) apply case against my sister in IPC 494 and 495.
In such case you have to prove that both the marriages. But you cannot lodge a complaint against your sister. That is a first marriage to your wife and the case of Bigamy will not attract against her. At the same time your sister's husband's first wife can lodge a complaint for Bigamy against her husband.
