Can any Government officials conduct survey or measure or verify the property when that property is awarded status quo without the permission of court or the party?

the district collector having power to issue such orders which can be challenged by you in civil court through mandatory injunction and do the necessary through court of law and please be advised in this regard

Question: Can any Government officials conduct survey or measure or verify the property when that property is awarded status quo without the permission of court or the party? Response: You can conduct, but this report will not be used in the Court. Instead of that you file a petition before the court asking court to direct the Survey Department to conduct Survey. This report will be used as Evidence and more powerful than independent survey.
