As far your query is concerned, firstly it's very brief. It would be appropriate if you could mention the instances as it happened in a linear flow so that I can draw a clear picture as to what actually happened so that I will be in a position to guide you properly . If at all you want to mention her reply you write your version first and within brackets you can mention her statement.
Thank you.

Sir,

Your query is a bit difficult to understand but from the look of it you should not be worried about the state of things. Rest what could not be understood can be explained over a discussion orally.

Sir,
Firstly, I do not understand whether you have msged her or called her at 6 o'clock on the 2nd day. This query is asked only because spelling mistakes cannot be made over the phone.

Secondly, the complaint that she may or may nor file completely depends upon the contents of the message that you have sent or the words that you have used on the call. If its a call she will have to prove your words too.

Thirdly, even if the complaint is lodged, and only as per the facts that you have given above, there is nothing to prove your guilt.

For any further query or explanation for this, kindly contact me.
