Sir. if a person get permanent stay order to the court before the proceding of the court Is it Possible?
How it is possible that with out court proceeding how a person can get stay order.who will sign this stay order.niw a days executive magistrate can give stay order on the day complainant submit his case in court and po give ex parte stay order.

Yes, a party can get an ad-interim stay order from the court which means that after hearing the plaintiff/petitioner without waiting for the opposite party the court may pass a stay order.
