11-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
I decided to commit suicide some years ago, i wrote a letter mentioning some persons who were responsible for mentally harrassing me. But i change my mind. I didn't commit suicide. Now Iam respected person in society. Will it be appropriate to mention names of people who were responsible for my condition.? Can i take their name publically as in seminar or programs were i am invited as guest?

No...don't take their names as it may affect their image in public...as the incident not occurred and no action was taken against them and nothing is proved against them...so Ur may defame them public ally...therefore avoid taking their name..

As per your query Good that you changed your mind. However you may share your experience of life but it would be better NOT to declare their name publicly in a seminar. If you do that, you would make yourself liable to be prosecuted for defamation. Regards
