Yes sir you can practice in Bangalore high court if you want to permanently practice here you need to get your llicence transferred from odisha bar to Bangalore bar council. There is no restriction for any lawyer to practice in other bar.

There is no bar in an advocate in practicing in any court in the country. It does not matter from which part of the country you are from. The Advocates Act and the Bar Council Rules are very clear on the same.
