Can a civil case be filed in a forgery case

I want to know that can I proceed civil case if any body can cheat with us in forgery case (kabuterbaze) . I have already put recovery case but I want to put civil case
Dear questioner, am not getting your point. If you have filed a recovery suit then what else you want? It is already a civil matter.
If you want an FIR to be registered then go to police without any delay.
Such matters are of offensive nature only criminal case should be registered. Civil remedy you have already taken!

why you are paying more stress on civil case. when remedies are available for cheating, forgery in IPC 420, 467, 468, 471 you can file a criminal case on such person or association of person with proof which is more effective instead of going for civil litigation.

I dont understand why would you wanna initiate another civil case as the matter of fact is that criminal case is better and would be speedier than a civil case plus when u will not go for a criminal case that would make your civil cases infectious as not reported as crime as you did not come to the court with clean hand and u did not file a complaint so go for criminal complaint for drafting kindly contact me
