Can a case be filed against the girl disturbing by calling

sir i am relationship with a girl since 9 months.but now i broke up.but she disturb me by calling.can i file a case aginst her?
It is all depend on the age of the girl and type of relationship,if the girl is minor,u may be in problem,if the girl is major,then what type of disturbance she is creating,if she is blackmailing u,then report to the police and also keep proof of report.U may also file criminal complain case in judicial magistrate Court against the girl

1st you tell me why you broke up relation with her? If any specific reason are there then you go to your nearest police station lodged a FIR against her.Afterwards if she disturbs you and police does not take any action then ready for case.
