Buyer is threatening to complain a police case against me

I have sold an apple airpods from olx .the buyer checked the product before buying for approx 30 min but after he went home he started facing issue in battery life of the product now he is contacting me to give his money back what should I do?

I would advice you to send a legal notice giving your reference that the product purchased by the seller was best of quality and he/she used the product and after satisfying oneself bought the product.

I hope your relation with your buyer is governed by the basic rules or or prescribed procedure by the sight known as OLX and both of you are bound by that. second rule is that that is known in law or as a Caveat emptor comma it means the person who buys anything the basic responsibility is on him to see and verify whether the thing which he is interested to buy is perfect and as you have suggested he has fully verified and seen and tested it for half an hour after playing it and there after being satisfied he has purchase date, so therefore there is no question of him threatening you you by lodging a police complaint as you have sold this product in an open market without hiding anything as it is where it is and thereafter he has also checked and verified sono element or fraud or cheat or any criminal intention seems to have been played or committed by you therefore prima facie no police case for an occasion to lodge Police case arises.
