Brother failed intentionally in interview and no reply to RTI

12-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
My son appeared for 2013 clerk &PO Exam. He scored 50% more marks than cut off in clerk exam. But he was failed in interview. However he scored 60 marks in PO interview. I feel that he was failed intentionally. IBPS did reply to RTI saying that they do not come in purview of RTI. What relief I can from court. Can I move to court?

Indeed this comes under the purview of RTI however in case the authority poses lay excuses then a court remedy could be sought and closed doors.coukd be opened and an enquiry could be sought out to find relief.

You can make second appeal to the appellant authority with in 30 days from date of submission of application to the authority. you can determine the merit only just by scoring 60% marks in the interview not make him eligible for job in bank.
