Bought WagonR Car with Fake Adhaar by my Wife

I got married on 25 April with sahibabad-ghaziabad area girl & She bought Wagon R car from mohan nagar area TR Sawhney showroom on her name But she created fake adhaar card where she puts my delhi address to bought delhi number car & to save road tax as in UP tax is higher, & Now our domestic violence case is running & Car is with me & I have visited RTO office & checked about fake adhaar she created & after sharing correct adhaar of her of ghaziabad area, They have blacklisted the vehicleNow i want to complaint against her, Please suggest me where i can complaint for the same.*In Delhi Police Stationn* In Delhi cyber cell-onlinen*In Ghaziabad stationn* In existing case trail in Ghaziabad courtI am resident of delhi & my wife is resident of shyam park area sahibabad.

hello client as i can see your issue is very aerious offence which is as per addhar act you are totally liable yo punished for atleast 10 yeara for this firgery in this matter we nees to immidiately move to high court for tge matter tobget register agaisnt your wife.

You can successfully file your complaint with the police station of your area regarding your grievances. And creating fake Aadhaar Card for her own benefit also attracts section 420. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

File a police complaint and get the FIR registered under the appropriate sections of IPC, 1860. Further, once it is done file an application before the court stating about the fake aadhar which later came to your cognizance and you have been deceitfully cheated. This will help your dv case, divorce case. In short an easy way ahead for you to get off from all the false matters filed against you and your family.

you can file an complaint at rto and nearest police station. same complaint copy you can provide in your case for her fraud and file a seperate case regarding this. if any other query you can contact me
