Borrower threatening to file a false case

Dear Sir / Madam, I have given some cash amount of money to one of my friend, one and half year back, and he paid back amount delay through transferring to my account partly for three month's. And now he is mentally torturing me by saying that, he will complain a criminal case on me to police on the base of money transferred proof, by stating that I am taken money from him and not yet paid back. Please advise as I am feared

Dear Sir, You need not worry. Before he lodged false complaint with police you get issue a legal notice to him from my office and have strong defense and she that if any FIR is registered against you then it will be stayed and quashed by High Court.
