Bond case

My father have recently encountered a situation that my father( Let it be A) gave 15 lakhs to someone ( Let it be B) so B is now trying to avoid us and said i will not return your money , do what ever you want. But we have some Bonds seperately like 2lakhs,3lakhs and so on for 15 lakhs and he we have just only sign and amount in that bond and no date is mentioned so how can we get back our amount back.If we go to court how long it will take us to get our money. Thank you

Dear Sir,

What do you mean by Bond paper's here. do you mean cheaque here. INcase you have blank cheque which is signed yes you can deposit the amount in the bank and get it bounced. Send him a legal notice and file a case under section 138 NI act. you can also file recovery suit against the person.

You can initiate legal process by sending legal notice to B” to recovery of debt. Most of the time legal notice will do wonderful job. If not, you have no choice to proceed to court. I advise you to contact a competent advocate in your area to explore more options and start the proceedings.
