Birth Certificate of Daughter Adopted from SOS in October 2000

I adopted my daughter from SOS Village in October 2000. I have copy of the Court decree.I want the original court order as also the adopted birth certificate for her. Pl explain the process and someone who can help me with it

Hello Sir. This is Advocate Shrikant Samantara. You may get the certified copy of the Court Decree from the Appropriate Court, where relief was sought. Further let me know if the same Adopted Birth Certificate was registered at sub registrar office. Regards.

Can you provide me with all the details such as the adoption papers and the court decree so that we can go ahead for further proceedings as you mentioned above for a birth certificate and original court order

You may approach concerned court to seek certified copy of court decree and also original documents, if so filed in the court record .You can engage a lawyer. If original documents are with SOS village you may approach them as per procdure.
