Birth certificate not register

Hi, I do not have birth certificate and affidavit was prepared but affidavit has a birth year one year earlier. Now how can I get the birth certificate with the correct date.

You will have to file an application before the magistrate to direct the municipality to take entry of your birth in its birth and death register and to direct it to issue birth certificate to you. For doing this you will have to....

Subject to any rules made in this behalf by the State Government, including rules relating to the payment of fees and postal charges, any person may-- Cause a search to be made by the Registrar for any entry in a register of births and deaths

Yes, you can. First of all, We have to go for NABC Procedure, i.e, We have to seek NABC (Non availability of Birth Certificate) Report from the concerned Registrar. If the concerned Registrar will not able to find the Birth Certificate Records, then you will get a Registered Birth Certificate from Court.
