BIRTH CERTIFICATE IN CASE OF NO REGISTRATION IN A GOVT HOSPITAL

I WAS BORN ON 20 NOV 1941 IN VANI VILAS HOSPITAL, BANGALORE AND A MUSLIM BY RELIGION. I VERY WELL REMEMBER MY PARENTS TELLING ME THAT THE GYNECOLOGIST AT THE TIME OF MY BIRTH WAS Dr. C.V.SHANKARAMBAL. IT IS CONFIRMED THAT THE HOSPITAL REGISTER OF BIRTH DOES NOT SHOW ANY ENTRY OF MY BIRTH. I HAVE ALL EDUCATIONAL AND GOVT OF INDIA DOCUMENTS CONFIRMING MY ABOVE DATE OF BIRTH. KINDLY ADVICE ME HOW TO GET LEGALLY CERTIFIED BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITHOUT MUCH HASSLE.
for the new amended provision you should apply for the birth certificate in BBMP if they issued any non-available certificate you can file the OS case there will be get your birth certificate. some procedure you need to take guidence from expert.

this is a legal issue. as there are no entries in in the birth registry even though you even though you all documents of Record showing the date of birth all documents of Record showing the date of birth as mentioned above .documents produced by you cannot be considerd as a basic document to change the date of birth in the birth certificate the primary document file a declaration suit before the jurisdiction court making the corporation as a party along with others. The whole process of declaration suit takes min 1 year.. Easy but u need to wait
