now i got know about her 1st marriage i have video of her marriage and picture and mandir recpit and recording where she accpeted about her marriage
i filed section-11 to nill and void
after got notes from my side she filed dv and alomany and maintenance case against me in pune
whay i should do .?

no the court won't. you just need to properly represent your case before the court. You are required to prepare a ws incorporating all the facts of your case. You have to inculcate all your contentions their. You have very good case against her.

In response to your query.
You should immediately file a petition before the concerned family court, and before the Court where the domestic violence case is listed. You should take the plea seeking a stay on proceedings till the pendency of the Section 11 application.
Wherein the Court is satisfied that your spouse already has had a prior marriage, it nullifies and invalidates your present marriage. She has no rights to proceed with the domestic violence in this regard.
