Beneficiary share collected by a person on behalf of the company not

We are a Pvt Ltd company. we are dealing in government projects. In these projects company need to collect beneficiary shares from the farmers. For this work, company appoints different person to collect this share. Company appoints a person in chattisgarh to collect this share part from farmers. But there is no legal formalities taken place between company and person. Now person is not ready to handover the collected beneficiary part to the company.

Query perused. I would advise you to kindly engage a lawyer and issue a legal notice to concerned asking him to return / handover the collected beneficiary shared to the company. Sir/Maám, since there is an involvement and exchange of cash and kind, it is always better to have an agreement with the person you appointed in Chhattisgarh. an employment contract stating that he is employed by you and the nature of his duties will be enough to safeguard your interest to a certain extent
