Bank e auction property legal advice required on open space area
27-Dec-2023 (In Civil Law)
I have purchased property through bank e auction. The property is a flat with 4 houses, G1 and G2 at ground floor and F1 & F2 at first floor. G1 & F1 both came for auction. Left side of the building there is one open space area and at the right side of the building there is one Space area surrounded by compound wall. My property is located at G1 with bank announcement stating, build area 1120 Sq.ft (942sq ft constructed area and 178 Sq ft open area) with UDS of land out of total area of 2988 Sq ft, equivalent to 747 Sq.ft.
F1 - property details according to bank announcement- build up area 1000 Sq.ft along with UDS of land out of total area of 2988 Sq ft, equivalent to 747 Sq ft.
The compound wall constructed area also has some open free spaces in front and back of the building where there will be 4 Sq ft between house and wall ( two men walk around the house on front and back side of the house).
My doubt is who should use the open area legally or it is common for G1 & F1.
