Babysitting in a residential room with common area creates nuisance

is babysitting / palanaghar occupation allowed in a residential room in building with a common verandah? any relief to a close neighbour from nuisance due to such an occupation?

You can complain to the committee members of your society in writing and ask them to control / stop the neighbour from babysitting and if the society has permitted babysitting than file complaint with the Registrar of Co-operative Societies. Generally any commercial activities in a residential society requires permission of committee members or general body of that society.
