Advocate Aniruddha Prabhatkumar Pawse answered
No it is not possible for you to take divorce legally without going to court. If both parties are ready than go for Mutual Consent Divorce in which case you will have to appear in court only 4 times on different dates. If your marriage is legally solemnized than only way for legal divorce is through Court.

Q: Problems in the new car from day 1 of the purchase what can I do

I bought a new car last year in July, which started giving me problems from day1. On the very next day, it's wipers were worn out. The bluetooth did not connect to my iPhone. When all these problems were highlighted they told me it is the problem of my iPhone in spite of me submitting proofs that the BT does not connect with other phones. The car disc and brakes were worn off in 9 months. Finally after doing my first servicing. New problems related to seat jamming and engine over heating have come up. My car is now sitting with car service satation for more than one week.

Advocate Aniruddha Prabhatkumar Pawse answered
This is the case of deficiency of service given to the consumer by a car dealer and comes under Consumer protection Act. You need to issue notice thru an advocate and depending upon proof you have with you file a case in consumer forum asking relief like replacement of car or refund of amount (price paid with interest) and compensation for mental agony cause to you.
