auction purchaser claiming my 40 years possession

we have been living in our possession for 40yrs with patta /eb etc now one auction purchaser claiming with court ex-par tee decree.... how to to go about what is the legal remedy

first you should get filed a set aside petition for the exparte degree and you should get stay for the action purchase if you are not doing so action purchaser right to process your land and he is the real owner of your land

An ex parte order is any court order that is issued when one party is not present at the hearing. Such hearings are called “ex parte” hearings or ex parte judgments.
If you miss a hearing date that has been set by the court and you now have a court judgment or order, you can apply for the judgment to be set aside to allow a new hearing date to be set. The court may agree to your application if you: act promptly in applying to set aside the judgment

share the Court order which auction purchaser claims to have been passed as an ex Parte order. file an appeal within the reasonable time and challenge the ex Parte order to be set aside. get a stay order in High Court to not excute the physical possession. subsequently contest the case in the trial court.
