Asking about rti department to apply for certified copies of case

Sir/mamnProvide me information that in what department of Rti ,I should file rti to receive my certified copies of my case for statement of accused and defence evidence .....my case is pending in district court karkardooma.....and I want certified copies of these through rti......nKindly inform me as soon as possible .....nThankyou

there is no need for RTI in this matter.
you can get a certified copy of your case through court so you need to hire an advocate who can do this for you.
it is pertinent to mention here that you can get a certified copy of all if the charge sheet or closure report is filled by IO

Rather it can be obtained by applying for the certified copy from the copying agency of the court after filing the prescribed form and it will be cross signed by the concerned judge.
