Applied for SC certificate no response received yet

I have been three months, have applied SC certificates, but nothing has happened so far, all of my documents are also fine, I'm upset for three months.
Your query is not clear. Where and whom you submitted your application. How many times you met the same person for getting your certificate. I presume that you need Scheduled Caste certificate. If this is correct, you can personally meet the Deputy Commissioner of your area and explain the problem. This is not a big issue and will be done with little efforts.

write down a letter to the head of office in person or engage counsel to issue legal notice. definetlly the purpose will be solved. either there may be any deficiency in your compeltion of papers or some other kind of error. otherwise if you find out that there is any intentional to delay or deliberation. then seek a direction from the High court and there will be no space to think that the official will not proceed to do the needfull without any further delay.
