Applied for injunction and case got postponed how to conclude the case

I have filed for an injunction. But there occurred court delay in serving the notice to the party and hence the party did not appear in court on the specified date. The hearing got postponed . I cannot afford to wait till then. Can I apply and and get a restraining order immdly for stopping the reign without holding a hearing? Is there any other alternative pl advise

Answer:- Advance the case and press for a statusquo order till the petition is heard
