Annoying behavior by neighbor can we file complaint

The dog owner is advocate & is harassing while passing the way. he is allowing his dog to roam here & there which has created frightened environment for Children & others. Since he is advocate, He is not ready to listen & has created harassment environment. Also, He is threatening to us on filed false cases on us.

It's lawyers like these that create disrepute to the profession .

Going back to the issue,you may file a police complaint in case any co-operative society is unable to get you the remedy U/s 321 and 328 IPC . A police warning should ideally resolve the issue else remedy can always be gathered from court for nuisance makers through a permanent injunction or a restraining order for such persons.

whether he is Advocate or not, it doesn't matter, the matter is whether you dare to do action against him. if yes then i can suggest you some legal procedure.
1) you can get relief by filing a complaint for Nuisance (yes it is comes under Law Of Torts).
2) you can file criminal complaint against him for threatening and other things,
3) the way of complaining to police might have difficulties , you can file private complaint Directly to the court instead Police.
4) Before Starting any procedure you have to send a Legal Notice to Him.(Through a Lawyer)
